Head of Cloud Engineering

Your Role:

• Lead the design and operation of multi-cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration and high performance across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop and implement cloud infrastructure strategies that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Champion the adoption of modern cloud methodologies to enhance system resilience, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Drive the development of pipelines for cloud-native applications, ensuring environments are optimized for deployment and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align cloud infrastructure projects with broader operational goals.
• Solve complex cloud infrastructure challenges by leveraging innovative solutions and ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing cloud engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

What You Bring:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading cloud infrastructure projects and managing engineering teams in high-performance environments.
• Strong expertise in multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with hands-on experience in designing and managing scalable environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including container orchestration, infrastructure as code, and continuous integration/delivery.
• Experience with security frameworks, performance optimization, and compliance in cloud environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
