Business Development Manager – Data Center Solutions (Field Sales)
Location: Belgium (Hybrid)

We’re supporting a technology company in finding a Business Development Manager to strengthen their Data Center division. This is a client-facing role with a strong focus on growth, where you’ll work across both new business acquisition and account development.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients with a strong focus on growth
- Build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Identify commercial opportunities and align solutions with client needs
- Navigate complex sales cycles and support strategic account development
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and vendor teams
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or channel sales within the tech industry
- Familiarity with data center or cloud-based solutions is a plus
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is preferred, but strong candidates with two of the three will also be considered.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, well-organized, and commercially minded
- Experience in solution-based sales and complex decision-making environments
