We're partnering with a technology-driven organisation that is investing heavily in Generative AI and looking for an experienced engineer to help transform ambitious ideas into scalable, production-ready systems.

This isn't a research-only environment. You'll be designing, building and deploying AI solutions that solve real business challenges, improve decision-making and create measurable impact at scale.

The Opportunity

You'll sit at the intersection of software engineering, AI and cloud architecture, helping shape the next generation of intelligent applications.

Expect to:

• Build AI-powered products using Python and modern GenAI tooling
• Design RAG pipelines that can retrieve, reason and respond effectively
• Deploy scalable AI workloads within Azure environments
• Create intelligent agent workflows and LLM-powered experiences
• Turn complex business problems into elegant technical solutions
• Drive AI adoption across multiple functions and use cases
• Champion responsible AI, security and performance best practices

We'd Love To Speak With You If You Have

• A strong software engineering background, ideally around 10+ years building and delivering complex applications
• Commercial experience working with Generative AI, with approximately 3+ years designing, developing, or deploying GenAI solutions
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs and Generative AI solutions
• Expertise building RAG frameworks and retrieval pipelines
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings and semantic search
• Exposure to Azure cloud technologies and AI services
• Knowledge of APIs, Docker, CI/CD and modern engineering practices
• The ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A genuine passion for building things, solving problems and pushing AI capabilities forward
