Invoice Control Specialist

We are looking for detail-oriented Invoice Control Specialists to join a growing international organisation in Lisbon.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing or transactional finance who enjoys working in a structured and accuracy-focused environment.

The Role

You will support the complete invoice control process, ensuring that financial information is recorded accurately and processed in line with internal procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, registering and validating invoices
• Ensuring accurate financial data entry
• Matching invoices against the relevant documentation and records
• Identifying and following up on discrepancies
• Ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures
• Maintaining organised and accurate documentation
• Working with relevant teams to resolve invoice-related questions
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of transactional finance processes

Your Background

We are particularly interested in professionals with:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing or transactional finance
• A basic understanding of accounting and financial processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Confidence working with financial systems and data
• A responsible, reliable and hands-on attitude
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
