You will join a highly data-driven digital agency supporting high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one.
You will work alongside experienced performance marketers, gaining exposure to international clients while contributing directly to campaign growth and optimisation.

What You Will Be Doing
Support the setup, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Monitor performance daily and identify clear, data-backed improvements
Assist with A/B testing and campaign experimentation
Work closely with senior consultants on strategy and account direction
Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams
Translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights
Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices
What You Must Have
1 to 3 years of experience in PPC, paid media, or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong analytical mindset with a clear interest in performance marketing
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What Will Strengthen Your Application
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, or additional paid channels
Familiarity with GA4 and basic tracking principles
Exposure to A/B testing and campaign optimisation techniques
Genuine curiosity about data, marketing trends, and growth strategy
