I’m hiring for a highly data-driven digital agency working with ambitious international brands. This is not about “managing ads.” It’s about owning performance, challenging clients, and driving measurable growth at scale.

The Role
You’ll take full ownership of high-impact campaigns across:
• Google Ads
• Meta
• Additional performance channels
You’ll work directly with CMOs and senior decision-makers, turning data into strategy and strategy into results.
This is hands-on and strategic.
You’ll test, optimise, analyse, iterate — and continuously push performance forward.
You Bring
• 3 years mimimum in PPC / Performance Marketing
• Deep expertise in Google, Meta & LinkedIn
• Strong analytical mindset (data is your comfort zone)
• Fluent English
• The confidence to challenge clients and think beyond the brief
If you’ve worked with GA4, CRO, A/B testing or multi-channel strategies — even better.
