Product Manager – Fintech (Payments / Banking / Tax Invoicing)

Location: Lisbon – Hybrid

We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead product squads focused on Payments, Banking, or Tax Invoicing. You’ll work on mission-critical fintech products, translating user needs into actionable solutions that enhance financial transparency and simplify compliance.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define and execute product roadmaps, balancing user needs with business goals.
• Lead product discovery, gather user feedback, and analyze data to shape product vision.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-impact features on time.
• Ensure compliance and security standards across regulated financial domains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, legal, and operations.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in product management in fintech or banking environments.
• Domain expertise in at least one of the following: payments, KYC/KYB, tax, invoicing, or lending.
• Strong technical understanding and experience delivering mobile and web-based products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Lisbon-based or open to relocation (3 days onsite per week).
