Oracle Cloud ERP Specialist – OTC & P2P

Location: Remote (Portugal-based preferred)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Specialist with deep expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes. In this role, you’ll help deliver and optimize Oracle Cloud solutions for a complex business environment, driving process improvements and ensuring smooth operations across finance, procurement, and order management.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and support critical Oracle Cloud modules, enabling end-to-end process excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP modules with a focus on OTC and P2P.
  • Translate business requirements into effective Oracle Cloud configurations.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, including integration with other modules and data flows.
  • Support testing, training, and deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ERP processes.
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices for Oracle Cloud ERP adoption and continuous improvement.

Ideal Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations (ideally 5+ years).
  • Deep functional knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials and related modules.
  • Experience designing and configuring workflows, approvals, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Fluent English is required.

Nice to Have

  • Oracle certifications in relevant Cloud modules.
  • Prior experience in multinational environments.
  • Knowledge of related areas such as inventory, manufacturing, or supply chain.
