We’re looking for a PPC Consultant who thrives on search strategy, ad copy precision, and data-backed performance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing — working directly with international clients and cross-functional teams.
This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-visibility campaigns with the support of a creative, analytical, and forward-thinking performance marketing team.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing
- Research and implement keyword strategies, bidding tactics, and audience targeting
- Write, test, and optimize ad copy for maximum CTR and conversion
- Monitor and report on campaign performance — with clear, actionable insights
- Collaborate with strategy, analytics, and creative teams for full-funnel execution
- Recommend landing page or CRO improvements to drive stronger results
- Stay on top of platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years’ experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping)
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, match types, and bidding strategies
- Analytical mindset with comfort working in Google Analytics / GA4
- Excellent written and verbal English (near-native level)
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Bing Ads, Shopping Feeds, or Product Listing Ads
- Familiarity with scripts, automated rules, or third-party PPC tools
- Comfort working in performance-driven environments with multiple clients
- CRO knowledge or experience advising on landing page strategy
