Location: Portugal (Hybrid or Remote options available)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Android applications — from concept to launch on the Play Store
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices in Java/Kotlin
  • Work on network-sensitive applications with secure authentication and integration features
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to deliver exceptional mobile experiences
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features in agile development cycles
  • Stay up to date with mobile development trends and contribute to team innovation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Android development experience
  • Strong command of Android SDK and either Java or Kotlin
  • Solid understanding of architectural patterns (MVP, MVVM)
  • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD best practices
  • Familiarity with Git version control and platforms like GitHub/GitLab
  • Comfortable working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban)
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Flutter and Dart
  • iOS development skills (Swift or Objective-C)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
  • Apps published in Google Play
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkin
