Motion Designer (Lisbon-Based / Hybrid)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Contract: Full-Time or Freelance

Language: Fluent English (French is a plus)

A Paris-based consultancy redefining the real estate sector through bold storytelling and brand innovation is looking to expand its presence in Lisbon. We’re now hiring a Motion Designer to help bring our visual storytelling to life across premium international projects. As a Motion Designer, you’ll translate strategic and creative concepts into dynamic short-form motion assets think logo animations, reveal videos, UI transitions, and branded content for digital platforms. You’ll work closely with creatives and strategists to craft visually cohesive motion work that supports marketing, branding, and investor presentation materials.

You’ll work closely with our senior creative team to animate brand identities, create short-form videos, and elevate our visual language through motion — all while contributing to a studio culture defined by precision, creativity, and clarity.

What You’ll Do

• Animate logos, type, and brand systems across digital channels
• Create brand reveal videos, product animations, explainer assets, and more
• Collaborate with graphic designers and creative leads to develop and execute motion design
• Ensure technical precision and a high level of finish in all deliverables
• Support post-production and light video editing when needed
• Bring a sharp eye for pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling

 What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or brand storytelling
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates refined aesthetic and narrative capability
• Mastery of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Bonus: Experience with 3D animation (Blender, C4D, etc.)
• A passion for crafting meaningful, beautiful movement — not just flashy transitions
• High attention to detail, and comfort working independently or in small teams
• A strong sense of brand consistency across static and moving assets
