The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building lasting client relationships and delivering top-tier candidates into exciting tech roles. This is a 360° recruitment role: you will manage both business development and candidate delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively sourcing new clients in the tech and IT market.
- Building long-term client relationships through consultative sales.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: outreach → job qualification → candidate sourcing → placement.
- Using LinkedIn, phone, email, and events to build strong client and candidate pipelines.
- Meeting and exceeding activity and revenue targets.
- Collaborating closely with leadership to shape best practices and strategy.

What We’re Looking For
- A strong drive to succeed and achieve – money-motivated, ambitious, resilient.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or target-driven roles (recruitment experience is a plus, but not essential).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Resilience to handle rejection and the energy to keep going.
- A proactive and commercial mindset, with a passion for learning.
- Fluent English (Portuguese or any other European languages are a plus).
