About the Company
A fast-growing international tech organization is expanding its presence in Lisbon, Portugal and is looking for a skilled Freelance Recruiter to support local hiring needs. This is a unique opportunity to help build a strong talent pipeline and strengthen the company’s position in the Portuguese tech market.
The Role
As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for connecting the company with top tech talent in Lisbon. This is a part-time, project-based assignment with a strong focus on sourcing, networking, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
What you will do
- Source, approach, and engage top IT and tech professionals in Portugal.
- Leverage your local network and knowledge of the Lisbon tech scene.
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company in the Portuguese market.
- Share insights into market trends and candidate expectations.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech/IT.
- Strong local network in Lisbon and the Portuguese tech community.
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Independent, proactive, and able to deliver results in a short-term setup.
- Available part-time for the duration of the project.
