Account Manager (3 positions) – Lisbon
Mission:
Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth through operational and commercial excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Oversee the full client lifecycle: onboarding, performance tracking, feedback, and upselling.
- Monitor performance metrics such as confirmation rates, delivery success, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and operations teams to optimize results.
- Anticipate client needs and propose tailored strategic solutions.
- Prepare performance reports and presentations for clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in account management, client relations, or customer success.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, logistics, and performance metrics (KPI, SLA).
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
