Do you thrive when things move fast, and everything needs to land in the right place at the right time? We’re looking for a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to run day-to-day operations across a global fulfillment network.
This isn’t a desk-job with reports. You’ll be the person who ensures orders move flawlessly, inventory stays accurate, and customers get what they ordered — fast.
🎯 Your Mission
Keep the engine of our fulfillment network running smoothly, profitably, and on time. You’ll be the bridge between warehouses, 3PL partners, and shipping carriers, ensuring the network hums at peak efficiency.
🧩 What You’ll Actually Do
- Order Routing & Tracking
- Make sure every order hits the right warehouse or partner without delay.
- Inventory Oversight
- Maintain real-time stock visibility across all linked warehouses to prevent shortages or overstock.
- SLA & Performance Management
- Monitor partners and carriers, ensuring they meet agreed delivery times, quality standards, and reliability metrics.
- Cost Optimization
- Spot inefficiencies, improve fulfillment processes, and reduce shipping costs wherever possible.
💼 What You Bring
- 1+ year of e-commerce or logistics experience
- Comfortable juggling multiple moving parts and priorities
- Naturally organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong problem-solving instincts and a bias for action
