Finance & Accounting Specialist (E-Commerce & Performance Marketing)

Location: Lisbon — Parque das Nações (On-Site)

A fast-growing international e-commerce and performance marketing hub in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Specialist to manage financial operations, cost structures, and profitability reporting across multiple digital acquisition channels and markets.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performance, data-driven, multinational environment, working closely with commercial, affiliate and logistics teams to ensure financial accuracy, scalability, and transparency.

Mission

Enable profitable growth by managing financial flows, monitoring payout structures, and ensuring accurate, real-time cost allocation and reporting within a dynamic and high-volume business model.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliate Commission Management
• Process and validate affiliate payouts, bonuses and performance incentives while ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple platforms.
• Cost & Profitability Analysis
• Track and allocate core operational costs (affiliate payouts, media buying, logistics, inventory etc.) and calculate net profit at offer, market and period level.
• Financial Reporting & Dashboards
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial performance reports focused on Cash Flow, Gross Margin, Net Profit and other relevant KPIs.
• Invoice Validation & Cost Control
• Review and validate shipping, fulfillment and logistics invoices against negotiated terms, identifying variances and improvement opportunities.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
• Work side-by-side with marketing, operations, logistics and leadership teams to enable informed and strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting or business controlling
• Experience within e-commerce, subscription, performance marketing, or other high-transaction business models
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets, data modelling and cost allocation
• Comfort working in fast-paced, data-heavy and global environments
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
