🎯 Your Mission

Own and scale a portfolio of high-volume Super Affiliates

Your goal:

Maximise performance. Unlock bigger volumes. Drive serious profit.

You’ll be the strategic partner affiliates rely on – not a middleman pushing links.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

📈 Performance Optimisation

• Analyse clicks, conversions, EPC, funnels and geos

• Spot growth opportunities and turn data into revenue strategies

• Help affiliates scale what works – fast

🤝 Relationship & Growth Management

• Recruit and onboard top-tier Super Affiliates

• Build long-term partnerships (not transactional chaos)

• Act as their go-to growth advisor

💰 Commercial Strategy & Negotiation

• Structure custom CPA & RevShare deals

• Manage bonuses and incentives

• Collaborate closely with finance to keep payouts clean and timely

🧠 What We’re Looking For

✔ 3+ years in Affiliate, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce Growth

✔ Strong understanding of traffic sources, funnels, and monetisation models

✔ Comfortable negotiating deals and managing high-value partners

✔ Data-driven, commercial, and relationship-savvy

✔ Someone who thinks in revenue, not tasks

Bonus points if you’ve worked with:

• High-volume media buyers

• Global affiliate networks

• E-commerce offers across multiple geos
