Industrial Transfer Engineer- Manager. (Mid–Senior)

Mission

Lead and secure the transfer of products and processes from development to industrial production, ensuring quality, robustness, and a smooth ramp-up to serial manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product and process transfer projects across production sites or suppliers
• Validate manufacturing processes and equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Coordinate R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams throughout the transfer
• Identify, assess, and mitigate industrial and operational risks
• Support ramp-up phases until stable serial production is achieved

Profile

• Strong experience in industrialization, manufacturing, or process transfer projects
• Solid understanding of production environments and validation methodologies
• Comfortable leading cross-functional projects in complex settings
• Hands-on, structured, and capable of making decisions under pressure
