We are currently supporting a Dutch company with 1,500+ employees in setting up a new tech hub in Portugal as part of a strategic joint venture.
This is not just another role.
This is an opportunity to be part of something from the ground up.
The Opportunity
You will join one of the first hires in Portugal, working closely with the CTO in Portugal to build and scale a high-performing engineering team.
The goal?
To create a team of 10–15 engineers delivering high-quality software solutions with real business impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and developing applications using .NET / C#
- Contributing to architecture and technical decisions
- Working closely with the CTO and core team in shaping the tech direction
- Collaborating in an international environment (NL + PT)
- Playing an active role in building the team and culture
What We’re Looking For
- Medior to Senior .NET / C# Engineers
- Strong understanding of software development principles
- Comfortable working in a scaling / evolving environment
- Proactive mindset — you don’t wait, you build
- Fluent in English
