The role: Head of Operations & AI
This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of:
- operations
- technology
- AI-driven transformation
You will take ownership of the operational backbone of the business and play a key role in shaping how the organisation scales.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and structure a scalable and predictable operations model
- Integrate AI into core workflows, processes, and data usage
- Lead and develop a small internal team (approx. 4 FTE)
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations from the founder
- Drive efficiency, automation, and process optimisation
- Contribute to commercial growth and client success
- Act as a key sparring partner to leadership
Your main mission:
Design and implement a scalable, AI-enabled operating model
What we’re looking for
- Experience scaling consulting, staffing, or service-driven environments (approx. 6–10+ years)
- Strong combination of strategy and hands-on execution
- Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities
- Interest or experience in AI and process optimisation
- Comfortable with ownership, responsibility, and ambiguity
- Strong communicator and natural connector
