Join a high-growth fintech venture reshaping how financial institutions detect, prevent, and manage financial crime. We operate at the intersection of AI, compliance, and intelligent automation, helping regulated businesses strengthen anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks while improving operational efficiency.
We are building a commercially sharp, technically confident Customer Sales Representative to sit at the front line of client engagement.
This is not a script-reading support role. It’s a hybrid position combining consultative sales, technical guidance, and client success ownership.
You will engage prospective and existing customers, understand their compliance pain points, and translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
If you understand fintech, can speak intelligently about AML workflows, and are comfortable discussing APIs and integrations without breaking a sweat, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Consultative Customer Engagement
- Act as the first strategic point of contact for inbound and outbound prospects.
- Qualify opportunities by understanding regulatory exposure, transaction monitoring processes, and compliance infrastructure.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to client AML and risk needs.
Technical Sales Support
- Confidently discuss system architecture, API connectivity, data flows, and integration pathways.
- Partner with technical teams to scope integration feasibility and onboarding timelines.
- Translate compliance and technical requirements into clear commercial proposals.
Onboarding & Integration Guidance
- Support customers through early-stage implementation, ensuring smooth API connections and data configuration.
- Assist clients in mapping workflows for transaction monitoring, KYC checks, sanctions screening, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot integration issues alongside product and engineering teams.
Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Cross-sell additional compliance modules and AI-driven monitoring tools.
- Contribute to pipeline growth and consistently meet commercial targets.
Customer Advocacy & Feedback Loop
- Gather insights from clients to influence product enhancements.
- Highlight compliance trends, regulatory shifts, and user challenges to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the refinement of documentation and knowledge resources.
What You Bring
- 2+ years in fintech, SaaS, compliance technology, or a related technical sales role.
- Working knowledge of AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience discussing API integrations and basic system architecture with confidence.
- Comfort navigating CRM platforms and ticketing systems.
- Strong commercial instinct with the ability to balance relationship-building and revenue generation.
- Clear communication style - able to simplify technical and regulatory complexity.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first, performance-driven environment.

- Familiarity with EU AML directives, risk-based approaches, and compliance reporting obligations.
