Media Buyer - E-commerce & Affiliate Offer Scaling (In-House)

This is a high-stakes, in-house performance seat where only commercially viable offers earn the right to scale.
We are looking for a proven Media Buyer with deep e-commerce and affiliate marketing experience - someone who has operated in real revenue environments, not just managed campaigns in isolation.
If you have not directly scaled Shopify / e-commerce products or affiliate offers at profit, this role will not be the right fit.
🎯 The Mission
You will launch, validate, and aggressively scale e-commerce and affiliate offers across paid media channels before they are rolled out to a wider affiliate network.
Your role is built around one core principle:
👉 Can this offer scale profitably in a real-world buying environment?
- If yes — you scale it hard
- If not — you cut it immediately
No bias. No delays. No “learning phase” excuses.
Only profitable outcomes matter.
🧠 What You’ll Actually Do
E-commerce & Affiliate Offer Validation
Rapidly deploy and test direct-response offers across Meta, Google, and TikTok, with a strong focus on Shopify and conversion-driven funnels.
You must understand:
- Product-market fit signals
- Conversion behaviour in cold traffic
- Affiliate-ready offer structures
High-Budget Performance Ownership
Take full control of significant daily ad spend across multiple accounts, optimising for:
- Net Profit (primary KPI)
- ROAS (secondary)
- CPA, AOV, LTV alignment
This is not small-budget experimentation - this is real capital with real expectations.
Full-Funnel Optimization
Continuously optimise across:
- CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA
- Landing page performance (Shopify / WordPress)
- Creative testing and iteration cycles
You are expected to identify bottlenecks across the entire funnel, not just inside ad platforms.
Data-Led Decision Making
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and platform dashboards to:
- Identify winning patterns early
- Kill underperforming campaigns quickly
- Scale validated offers with confidence
Translate Wins Into Scalable Systems
Break down winning campaigns into repeatable playbooks:
- Audiences
- Angles
- Creatives
- Funnel structures
These insights will directly support affiliate rollout and external scaling.

🧩 What You Bring (Non-Negotiable)
- 5+ years proven media buying experience within e-commerce and/or affiliate marketing
- Demonstrated success scaling Shopify products or affiliate offers profitably
- Strong experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads
- Proven ability to manage large budgets across multiple accounts
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics
- Ads Manager platforms
- Conversion tracking and attribution
- Solid understanding of:
- Direct-response marketing
- Offer testing frameworks
- Purchase-driven campaign structures
➕ Strong Advantage
- Experience with Shopify and WordPress landing pages
- Background in single-product scaling or funnel-based e-commerce
- Exposure to affiliate network environments or offer distribution models
