This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage teams.

Who We're Looking For
You may currently be a:
- Director of Engineering
- Head of Engineering
- Senior Engineering Manager
- VP Engineering (small to mid-sized organisation)
Most importantly, you've successfully led engineering teams through periods of growth and change.

Ideal Background
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams.

- Fluent English.
