Junior Paid Media Consultant

We're looking for a Junior Paid Media Consultant to join a collaborative and ambitious team, where you'll receive the support, training, and exposure needed to develop into a well-rounded performance marketing specialist.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in planning, launching, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Support budget management and campaign pacing.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop digital marketing strategies.
- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and communicate campaign performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar field.
- Basic understanding of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), or Microsoft Ads.
- Strong analytical mindset and an interest in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Google Ads or Meta certifications.
- Experience managing small advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or Excel.
- Agency experience or internships in digital marketing.
